Definitions and Interpretation

In this freejudi Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the website, application and all online services operated by freejudi under the domain freejudi.app.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account or is using the freejudi services.
• "Account" means the personal profile registered by a player to access the freejudi platform.
• "Real Money" means any deposit in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or cryptocurrency received into a player's account.
• "Bonus" means free credits, additional funds or other rewards offered by freejudi to players subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered by a player before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

This document is interpreted in the Malaysian context with Bahasa Melayu as the primary language. Should there be any conflict between translated versions, the Bahasa Melayu version takes precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Opening an account at freejudi is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. freejudi reserves the right to request age verification documents such as an identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be frozen immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each player is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email or payment method is prohibited. freejudi may merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold all related balances.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and truthful. Players are responsible for ensuring their username, mobile number, email and payment details are kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for account closure without compensation.

2.4 Password Responsibility

Players are fully responsible for the security of their account password. Activity that occurs through a valid login will be considered to have been carried out by the account holder. If you suspect your password has become known to another party, contact freejudi customer support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

freejudi accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). This list is subject to change and players are encouraged to check the payments page for the latest information.

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all payment methods. freejudi does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and confirmed. This period may be longer in certain situations such as additional verification requirements or technical issues. Players are encouraged to ensure their payment account is verified in advance to speed up processing.

3.4 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

freejudi reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to ensure account security and compliance with international licensing requirements. Documents that may be requested include a copy of an identity card, bank statement or proof of payment method.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

freejudi offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 making the balance RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,600, a bonus of RM888 gives a balance of RM2,488 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The real money amount you deposit is not included in the wagering requirement calculation — only the bonus amount needs to be wagered 25 times.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, hedge betting or other methods that manipulate the system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• freejudi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Other bonuses such as cashback, birthday rewards and current promotions are subject to their own respective conditions which will be stated separately.

VIP Programme and Cashback

freejudi provides a three-tier VIP programme to reward loyal players. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• 🥉 Bronze Member — weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of eligible wagering value.
• 🥈 Silver Member — weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of eligible wagering value.
• 🥇 Gold Member — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% of eligible wagering value.

Progression to a higher tier depends on continued betting activity on the freejudi platform. Re-rating is carried out periodically based on account activity. Cashback is credited to the player's account automatically according to the set schedule.

VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash other than through the designated cashback mechanism.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All freejudi players are required to act honestly and responsibly when using this platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Using bot software, automation, artificial intelligence or third-party tools to automate betting.
• Hacking attempts, cyberattacks, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Payment fraud, including unauthorized payments, dishonest chargebacks, and the use of stolen credit cards or e-wallets.
• Money laundering or using the freejudi platform for illegal financial activities.
• Disrupting the experience of other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about freejudi to the public.

Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Responsible Gambling

freejudi takes its social responsibility seriously in ensuring this platform is used responsibly. We support healthy gambling principles and offer several tools to help players manage their activity:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits upon the player's request.
• Play time limit options to control the duration of gaming sessions.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion for players who feel they need a break.
• Access to information and links to responsible gambling support resources.

Privacy and Data Protection

freejudi collects, processes, and stores players' personal data subject to our Privacy Policy available on the Privacy Policy page. By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

freejudi will not sell or disclose players' personal information to third parties except as required by law or a competent enforcement authority.

Limitation of Liability

freejudi operates under international licensing and takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability and accuracy of the platform. However, freejudi is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from a player's betting decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of freejudi to any player is limited to the amount of real money deposited within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

freejudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified via:

• A notice on the platform upon login.
• Email to the registered email address.
• An update to the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Continued use of the freejudi platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the international licensing terms that regulate freejudi's operations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the player and the freejudi support team within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to a qualified arbitration body under the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
